Whoo! What a busy month! The Alternative/Replacement Die-Cutting Service has continued to be very popular and there were a tonne of orders as a result of the fact I was likely to suspend production for a couple of months. However, my planned sojourn to France is on hold due to Covid restrictions. Bad news for me, but good news for anyone wanting counters - as production will now continue uninterrupted for the foreseable future.

As well as producing hundreds of counters, I've been selling Ken Demyen's beautiful maps for Sauron and Gondor. And now I've also converted the counters and maps into Cyberboard format (see below).

If you are a fan of Ken's maps (and who in their right mind wouldn't be), then watch out for a really exciting announcement in June!

Talking of maps, the BIG NEWS this month is that Legion Wargames have authorised LYG to produce oversized (and standard sized) versions of their entire map range. They are available on quality paper and poly canvas. Check out the LYG SHOP for details.

Now some less good news, the LYG EU/UK Friendly Shipping Service is now finally at an end. The combination of Brexit and my personal plans to divide my time between the UK and France simply no longer make the service viable. My thanks to the sponsors that used the service for their customers and to all the customers that took advantage of it. I hope it served you well whilst it lasts.

And finally, I can't close without paying tribute to Rick Barber who sadly passed away this month at the far too young age of 66. Rick was a massive personality in the hobby, and he'll be sadly missed by so many of us. His cartography skills were legendary and you always recognised a Rick Barber map as soon as you set eyes on one. Though we never met in person, I'm honoured that , like may of us, I was able to consider Rick a personal friend. Rest in Peace, Rick.
