Well, a very quiet month with not a lot to tell you.
I will give advance notice that the LYG Shop will again be closed for part of the Summer as we head over to France again. This year the closure will be:
- May 26 - September 17.
We will accept orders during this period but will not be able to fulfill them until mid/late September.
Perhap better news is that I'll be attending CSW Expo in July so, if you're also attending and place and order by 20 May, I'll be able to bring the counters with me and save you the international shipping.
One of the games featured thi smonth is VentoNuovo's Black Swan. I was chatting to VN's Emanuele Santandrea about this and other things and he suggested that he could perhaps interview me about a game design I am working on with friends. I said I'd love to take him up on the offer when we're nearer to publication but, in the meantime, would could I reciprocate the offer. Here's the result:
Also, just a reminder that during 2024, with the occasional exception, we will only be accepting updates to existing files; we will not be uploading new content (our storage limits don't allow it). With Vassal and ZT we will continue to add cross-links to those platform's sites - but we won't be hosting new files that are available on those sites.
