My annual sojourn to France starts next month and I'll therefore have no access to my counter cutting equipment, So, once again, the LYG shop is closing for a period. But we'll be back - eventually.

My thanks to eveyone (and there are a lot of you) that have ordered counters and maps from us.

The Isen Ford variant for SPI's Battles of Middle Earth completed its preliminary playtesting last night (4 March) and I can now confirm there'll be no changes to the map or counters. So it will be made available to all on my return, and anyone who already owns the counters (they are the Helm's Deep set) has a couple of weeks to order the map before I head off to Europe.

Isen Ford's playtesting will continue in the meantime. We're happy we have balanced the first scenario and just want to take a look at the second. Once we're happy with that, we'll post Living Rules on the Resources page - they are likely to be available in the next month or so.

We will have some really exciting news to share with you over the next few months, as we're is discussions with a range of publishers and other parties to make available again a gaming resource that has been sorely missed by many gamers - how's that for a teaser?

We can't close this month, without expressing our disgust at Putin's Ukranian adventure. Our thoughts are constantly with the people of Ukraine and we can only hope that peace is restored quickly.
