Let me start, this month, with the most important news...

The LYG Shop will again be closed for part of the Summer as we head over to France again. This year the closure will be:

• May 26 - September 17.

We will accept orders during this period but will not be able to fulfill them until mid/late September.

So, we close in less than three weeks. Orders have picked up, no doubt in anticipation of the closure, and I am already having to queue requests. If you want any chance of having  your counters (or maps) before September, contact me NOW. You'll be added to the queue and I'll then accept the order if I'm happy I can commit to meeting the deadline.

In other news,  'Gettysburg - A Time for Heroes' (to be published by Worthington Games) is now at the printers. I don't know what this means regarding the publication date - but it is certainly good news. Additionally, Yves. Valetin and I have completed our work on a Solo Bot for the game. This won't be 'in the box' but, instead, will be downloadable from BGG. I anticipate uploading ith there in the next few days - so, if you wish, you can treat yourself to a preview.

I'm also delighted to be able to announce that Ken and I have finished playtesting the 'Fields of Celebrant', our latest variant addition to SPI's Battles of Middle Earth. 

I expect to be adding the counters and map to LYG later this month (though it will be a challenge to get any shipped before September). I'll also be adding the freely downloadable Vassal module and exclusive rules. UPDATE: Counters, Map, Exclusibve Rules & Vassal Mod are now all available.

 Also, just a reminder that during 2024, with the occasional exception, we will only be accepting updates to existing files; we will not be uploading new content (our storage limits don't allow it). With Vassal and ZT we will continue to add cross-links to those platform's sites - but we won't be hosting new files that are available on those sites.
